📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.,Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition and development of new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee relations issues and concerns.,Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR metrics and KPIs to measure HR performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation is a plus.
