As a Deputy Site Engineer, you will work closely with the Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations, manage the workforce, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project site.
  • Manage and coordinate the workforce to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Site Engineer and management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the workforce.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
