📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, organize, and distribute project documents.
• Implement and enforce document control procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor document versions and ensure proper archiving and retrieval.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and ensuring they meet all requirements.
• Provide support to project managers and engineers in document-related queries and issues.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making based on document analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
