📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools like BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee development activities.
• Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
