📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Mandiri Concrete products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.,Create and manage content for social media, email, and other marketing channels.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated with the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
