📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
