Cafe Hana Kitchen is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the outlet operations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and assisting customers to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers.,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet, including restrooms and kitchen areas.,Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation and inventory management.,Promoting the café's menu and special offers to customers.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage preparation is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
