📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.,Manage and mentor production team members to ensure high performance and morale.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to travel as needed for production inspections and meetings.
