LUMEN Group is seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information for audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies.,Providing guidance and support to other team members on audit procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations is a plus.
