PT Kartika Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Badung, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu changes to drive sales and revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
