📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and reports to senior management.,Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
