Jaya Bimo Medical Center is currently seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone who can create and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage products to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
  • Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the coffee shop's goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
