📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
