📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and monitor the control panel to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Monitor and record production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to prevent downtime
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Control Room Operator or similar role in the essential oil or chemical industry
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and control panel operation
• Understanding of production processes, including distillation, extraction, and purification
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
