You will utilize a variety of training methodologies and tools, such as e-learning platforms, interactive workshops, and on-the-job training, to create a comprehensive learning experience for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
• Deliver training sessions using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure programs are relevant and impactful.
• Utilize training management software, such as LearnDash or Moodle, to create and manage e-learning courses.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to ensure they are successfully implementing new skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives, such as leadership development programs and performance improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including department heads and employees.
• Familiarity with training management software, such as LearnDash or Moodle.
• Certification in corporate training or a related field is a plus.
