📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site operations, including construction, maintenance, and repair activities.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address issues.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities and project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
