📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing the café to ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and build a positive café experience.
• Learn and apply best practices in coffee brewing and latte art.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the café's daily operations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or barista role, preferably in a coffee shop environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Familiarity with using espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in coffee making.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg.
