📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development of the company's HR strategy.,Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
