📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to guests.
  • Maintain and operate coffee equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
  • Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of preparing and serving high-quality coffee.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with coffee equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
