📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network with potential customers.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.
