📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with project management team to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project performance.,Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
