• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the Chinese market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
