• Monitor and analyze livestream performance using Google Analytics and other e-commerce metrics tools.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

• Provide training and support to Livestream Coordinators to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and other e-commerce tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada is a plus.
• Certification in e-commerce or livestreaming is a plus.
