In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, including customer service, transaction processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the central office to align branch activities with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations and team leadership in the financial sector.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in financial services or related fields is a plus.
