📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting processes, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
• Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary updates.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
