As an Area Manager at Amartha, you'll spend your days in the field, visiting our clients and agents, providing guidance and support. You'll use tools like Salesforce and Google Maps to track your progress and manage your team. • Manage a team of field agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Achieve sales targets and grow our client base in the assigned areas.
• Provide guidance and support to field agents, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance.
• Use Salesforce and Google Maps to track your progress and manage your team.
• Visit clients and agents regularly to ensure they are meeting our service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of your team.
• Monitor and report on the performance of your team, providing regular updates to your manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and agents.
• Proven ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Maps, and other relevant software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and a passion for driving financial inclusion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.
