📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, optimize, and implement chemical processes using advanced software like Aspen HYSYS and ChemCAD.
• Interpret customer special process standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for aerospace, automotive, and pharmaceutical projects.
• Conduct process simulations and perform cost analysis to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and control chemical processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on process engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in chemical processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong background in process design and optimization.
• Proficiency in advanced process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, or similar.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, API, and other relevant certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with process safety management (PSM) and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices.
• Ability to travel for business purposes, including international assignments.
