📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using SAP and Excel.
• Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
