📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
• Negotiate and finalize high-value property transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract premium clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and clients.
• Monitor market conditions and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local and national real estate regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to foster a high-performing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property consulting, with a proven track record of success in luxury and commercial real estate.
• Certified in property valuation or a related certification (e.g., RICS, SRI, or equivalent).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Compass, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market dynamics in Bangka Belitung.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
